Therapy for Individuals & Couples

Is life difficult for you right now?
Do you feel stuck in a routine that no longer works?
Are you struggling or feeling overwhelmed?

Life can be as challenging as it is rewarding. Sometimes the challenges can be hard to deal with on our own and change can seem overwhelming. If talking to a spouse, friend, family member is not getting you where you want to be; consider talking to a counselor.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
